Holly is an outspoken LGBT activist and currently an ambassador for the Europe-wide “Visionary Youth” filmmaking project.

During her short time working on the project she has already taken part in various shoots promoting equality (most recently for the December 2015 Slovenian Marriage Equality Referendum) and spoken to a group of over 150 school children in Amsterdam.

She runs a blog, WEARETHEQ which explores the nature of human sexuality, interaction and identity and often uses this as another platform for activism. (recent posts include her response to the Slovenian Marriage Equality referendum  and an open letter to Theresa May on laws basing the right to settle in the UK on financial earnings).

Holly also has a passion for the plight of homelessness in the UK, particularly around London where recent figures show the number of people sleeping on the streets has doubled, and wants to raise awareness of various issues and legislation affecting these numbers, whilst also helping on a grass-roots level by helping people gain access to hot drinks on the colder nights in the city.

She firmly believes that if we all did one small act of kindness a day, it could make the greatest difference to the life of someone going through a hard time.
